- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-forward solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor geopolitical and sustainability factors affecting long-term business viability
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
