- Develop and publish forward-looking frameworks for R&D priorities and market disruption
- Champion innovation workshops with engineering, product, and design teams
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and thought leaders
- Translate future scenarios into executable product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced technology roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
