Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI ethics, quantum integration, and neurointerface applications
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on biotech, climate resilience, and space commercialization trends
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and economic paradigm shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership papers on human-AI symbiosis and decentralized governance
- Advise C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in post-quantum cybersecurity
- Manage a $2M innovation fund for prototype development of 2026-vintage technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published work on singularity governance or human-machine ethics
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Experience with Delphi methodology and cross-cultural scenario planning
- Portfolio demonstrating predictive models for technological adoption curves
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Kumu.io or Trend Hunter Pro
- Clearance for SCIF-level research collaboration (or equivalent)
