Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to identify strategic opportunities and risks for 2026-2030

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives and KPIs
- Produce foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex future landscapes into actionable insights
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technologies with market potential

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented strategies
