- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a foresight ecosystem with academic, governmental, and industry partners
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable futures and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio of published future-oriented research or strategic frameworks
