- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term corporate resilience
- Lead innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout emerging technologies
- Advise executive board on disruptive threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts (3+ major predictions)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio published in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
