Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic frameworks for 2026 technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors

- Produce annual 'Horizon Reports' analyzing geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-readiness into roadmaps and MVPs
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for 2026 market shifts
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders and industry conferences
- Maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and innovation pioneers
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in scenario planning or horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization expertise
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership pieces
