Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused innovations into organizational strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities and disruptive threats
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations communicating future implications to stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Design resilience strategies to navigate geopolitical and technological uncertainties
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proof methodologies and adaptive frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-year+ strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences with compelling data-driven narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
