- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigm shifts
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with 20+ global teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing successful future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotechnology, and climate tech intersections
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent
- Experience with C-suite stakeholder management and board presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented strategic frameworks
