Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (quantum, AI ethics, neurotech) to develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product development plans
- Author quarterly foresight briefings for executive board and investor communications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend forecasting
- Design resilience frameworks for organizational adaptation to disruptive change
- Mentor junior futurists and curate the company's foresight knowledge repository
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and Web3 ecosystems
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into executive-level communications
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
