Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications
- Manage a $2M innovation incubator fund for experimental projects
- Mentor junior strategists in future intelligence methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ trend analysis projects
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive action plans
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (preferred)
- Published author in futurism or technology strategy (strongly preferred)
