Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with quantum computing and biotech pioneers
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring 2026 technology adoption readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in AI, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Mentor junior innovators in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or at Davos-level forums
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
