- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping cycles
- Analyze competitive landscapes and market shifts post-2025
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive innovations
