Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bio-computing) for strategic integration
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar innovation budgets through ROI-driven proposals
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present innovation blueprints to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product development or R&D leadership within tech or aerospace sectors
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, or decentralized systems)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting
- Demonstrated success managing budgets exceeding $5M for innovation initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
