Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging 2026 technological paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neurotech, climate modeling)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven allocation strategies
- Author thought leadership on future trends and technological singularity impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI systems
- Proven track record of scaling from prototype to market launch
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field (preferred)
- Published research in innovation journals or patents (strongly preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
