Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation strategy aligned with market trends and technological evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technologies affecting 2026 market landscapes
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for innovation initiatives with 2026 impact milestones
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for next-gen technology development
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable 2026 outcomes
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neurotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
