Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy framework, aligning with global sustainability and technological disruption trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track performance against future-state targets
- Foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field with 8+ years of strategic innovation experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech convergence)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CIMP) or equivalent practical expertise
