You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to translate foresight into scalable innovation roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives mapping technological and societal trajectories toward 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in emerging markets
- Author high-impact foresight reports disseminated at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Design and execute innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Present strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders with data-driven storytelling
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and emerging technology analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization pathways
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
- Fluency in predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, SAS Forecasting)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives in Fortune 500 settings
