Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record implementing futuristic technologies in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, energy)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex futures
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry transformation
