Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, market shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author executive briefings and whitepapers on future-proofing business models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend validation
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technological adoption timelines
- Create predictive analytics frameworks for market opportunity assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum systems)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
