Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging trends, technologies, and disruptions by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future scenarios into strategic initiatives and product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and policy think tanks to shape future ecosystems
- Design and deploy organizational foresight methodologies including scenario planning and trend analysis
- Champion a culture of innovation through workshops, hackathons, and experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic plans
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Experience leading cross-cultural, cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published author or recognized thought leader in innovation/futurism domains
