- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into efficient technical designs.
- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery excellence.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, security protocols, and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Proven experience leading teams through the full software development lifecycle.
- Expert knowledge of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript).
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making is a strong plus.
