Responsibilities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market evolution

- Design and facilitate executive foresight workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Produce quarterly trend briefings with predictive analytics and risk assessments
- Build and manage a global network of innovation scouts and academic partners
- Translate complex futures into actionable business strategies and roadmaps
- Mentor junior futurists and pioneer new foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Fluency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
