Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on climate-tech or AI governance trends
- Experience with Delphi methodology and trend-impact analysis
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Track record of influencing C-suite strategy in Fortune 500 companies
- Fluency in at least two global languages
