Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological adoption and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
- Develop patent strategies and intellectual property protection protocols
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in futuristic thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching transformative products/services with global impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment analysis
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Forecasting (e.g., CFS, CTP)
