Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps integrating quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions with 5+ year horizons
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation readiness against 2026 benchmarks
- Present future-trend analyses at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive innovation methodologies
- Drive sustainability and ethical frameworks for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Executive-level presentation skills with 50+ stakeholder engagements
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Strategy, or related field
