Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision and roadmap for Autonomous AI Agents and LLM-based applications.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI paradigms to ensure our 2026 roadmap remains competitive.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design scalable architectures for Large Language Models.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI model accuracy and user adoption.
- Partner with sales and customer success to translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions.
- Oversee the ethical implementation of AI, ensuring responsible use and bias mitigation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML or SaaS.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI architectures, LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.), and Agentic workflows.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, user-centric software products to market.
- Strong technical fluency: ability to read code and understand system design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
