Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for AI and Quantum integration leading up to 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers to prototype and validate hybrid quantum-AI algorithms.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with leading academic institutions and quantum hardware providers.
- Product Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI models into quantum processing environments.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Quantum Computing fundamentals (e.g., Qubits, Superposition, Quantum Gates).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of turning complex research into viable product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
