Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues efficiently
- Meet or exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Uphold company standards for professionalism and compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Strong typing speed (35+ WPM) and computer proficiency
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- Positive attitude and resilience in fast-paced environments
- Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese) candidates strongly encouraged
