Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call quality, resolution rate)
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes
- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service/call center experience
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency with Windows OS and CRM software
