Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails with a friendly and professional tone.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding our products and services.
- Take detailed messages and accurately update client databases.
- Resolve basic customer issues or escalate complex problems to supervisors.
- Maintain a positive and patient demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Currently enrolled in High School or a recent graduate.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Ability to work weekends and afternoons.
