Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues using our proprietary CRM system and knowledge base
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet and exceed weekly performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM software
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, weekend-focused schedule
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
