Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and other platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in weekend training sessions and process improvements
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun) required
- High school diploma or equivalent
