- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and multitasking
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-8pm)
