Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Enter customer data and interactions accurately into the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate management team when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and patient attitude during high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
