Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound calls daily with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, products, and services
- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 85% CSAT, <120s AHT, 95% FCR
- Collaborate with team to improve processes and reduce escalations
- Participate in bi-weekly training and coaching sessions
- Adhere to PCI-DSS and HIPAA compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Typing speed: 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficient with Windows OS and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Pass background check and drug screening
