Responsibilities
- Handle 50-75 daily inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain compliance
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed quality and productivity metrics (CSAT, AHT)
- Participate in ongoing product and process training
Qualifications
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Reliable transportation to Mesa Tech Center location
- Must pass background check and drug screen
