Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call handling time, CSAT scores)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Collaborate with supervisors to improve service protocols
- Participate in quarterly training sessions for product updates
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Typing speed 40+ WPM with strong computer literacy
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Proven problem-solving under pressure
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
