Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with technical support teams for complex escalations
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in typing (40+ WPM) and CRM software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
