Your Mission:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Your goal is to deliver exceptional service that builds trust and loyalty. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information with a smile.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and policies.
- Document all customer interactions and account information accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
- Upsell products and services to existing customers to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively and empathize with callers.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and in high-volume situations.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
