Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in our customer database
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call volume, satisfaction scores)
- Participate in ongoing training and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English/Spanish
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
