Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve issues efficiently using CRM tools and established protocols
- Document interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience during complex interactions
- Reliable transportation and availability for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
