Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document all interactions in CRM system while maintaining data accuracy
- Meet/exceed KPIs including call resolution time, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and first-contact resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and communication techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Type 35+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Available to work evenings/weekends (flexible schedule offered)
