Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, billing, and technical issues
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining compliance
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize call handling and resolution strategies
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores and first-contact resolution rates
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote additional services appropriately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in CRM software and multitasking tools
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during escalated calls
- Type 35+ WPM with strong computer navigation skills
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
