- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily with 98% resolution rate
- Resolve customer inquiries using Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with tech team on complex issue escalation
- Maintain 25+ CSAT score through empathetic communication
- Participate in weekly performance improvement workshops
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 45+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingual preferred
