Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve inquiries using CRM tools and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Meet performance metrics: 25+ calls/day, 85%+ CSAT, <30s hold times
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed customer records
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and efficiency
- Adhere to compliance protocols and security guidelines
- Participate in continuous training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED required)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficient in Windows OS and basic software applications
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Must pass background check and drug screen
