- Handle 50-75 daily calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, AHT)
- Collaborate with team to improve service protocols
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a major plus
