Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex technical or service issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding daily/weekly call metrics and quality scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while remaining calm and composed.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
