Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing requests efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose customer problems and offer viable solutions or escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Documentation: Accurately record all interactions and transactions in our CRM system to maintain detailed customer profiles.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed daily call handling and customer satisfaction goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a professional, friendly tone.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (shifts vary).
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications quickly.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
