Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role is highly desirable.

- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
